                 already reviewed the Standard Arizona & Florida Association of Realtors®' purchase contracts?
                 If you are planning to invest in commercial property do you have an attorney who will be responsible
                 for writing your contracts & closing them? If not, call someone else.

   Are you looking for someone to do all the work of finding an appropriate investment for you without
                 giving that broker your exclusive business? Call someone else.

As a general rule, I operate a streamlined business. As a business manager, I do not take on "MAKE-WORK" projects, hoping they will eventually bring in revenue. Either you are ready or you are not. You either know your investment criteria or you don't. You don't become successful by constantly looking for that secret ingredient - it's disguised as hard work. Just keep an open mind, listen, review or lightly skim "new" books, etc. and you may come up with a couple of new ideas or better ways of handling your real estate business. In most instances, the investment property research, due diligence & development that I do is based on my own investment criteria, which is probably different than yours. Many times I have identified potential investments to take advantage of myself & quite literally do not wish to spend my entire day recruiting potential employees & contractors.
