is a medium to service your real estate investment services needs in an electronic format so that you and your staff have access to the analysis and investment property information and financing 24/7/365. Financial analyses are posted to your private password protected webpage as your assumptions or verified information changes. You are never out of the loop. You'll never have to ask "Where is that information?" because I have it completely organized for you. I can even set up access for your attorney and CPA, or any other affiliated professionals who are involved in a particular transaction. You will always know what is being done on your behalf by my office and staff. Once you fill in the registration form, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your registration is pending. You'll receive a Private Client Network Contract - a Consulting Services Contract, an Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement or an Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement depending on the services you require (PDF file attached to the e-mail) which you will need to execute and return to my office via facsimile IF YOU ARE REQUESTING CLIENT SERVICES. Your account will then be activated and you will gain all the benefits of working with me, including, but not limited to:

Once you are registered you receive special privileges, including secure access to information concerning your transaction at your convenience 24/7/365. You can find out what's going on from any web access point, get up to date information even at 3 am and gain access to my log of everything my office is doing on your transaction.

All you have to do is fill out my Private Client Network/Registration Form where you will choose your own User Name and Password. You will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you that your account will be set up and ready for your access as soon as I receive your signed Private Network Client Contract - a Consulting Services Contract, an Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement or an Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement depending on the services you require (as a PDF file attached to the email) by fax IF YOU ARE REQUESTING CLIENT SERVICES. When you receive confirmation of acceptance of your status as my client via e-mail (followed up by faxing, emailing and/or mailing the accepted scope of services agreement back to you,) you will be able to sign on to the Private Client Network which entitles you to the following benefits (not all-inclusive) for residential:
