Browsing. If you are not already registered
as a prospect/customer or a client, you will not be able to access or view any of the
prospect/customer password-protected sections of my website. The MLS/IDX
information that is accessible from the index page of this website includes
information that may not be entirely up to date. For better service and to
become a customer or client with customized up-to-date access, registration is
required. Clients
receive website access including all of the above plus additional content
including helpful
checklists & investor forms,
my presentations, RE commentary, and their own page customized for their
investing interests. (Customers & Clients must have a written scope of services agreement with my
firm.)
Registration - For Your Information
You can request registration after my delivery to you of disclosures made by broker & your delivery of a signed "scope of services agreement" with my firm. You will then be able to sign on to full access to my Rich Website Content. Only registered, verified prospects, customers & clients are allowed into the Rich Website Content sections of my website. Choose a username for yourself (such as your last name) and make sure your username contains no spaces. Also create a private password. Together these will be your prospect key to access my Rich Website Content.
Should you decide you would like to become a customer or client you will need to complete another registration form, submit it & choose a different more secure password for SSL access (security is generally indicated by a padlock symbol on your browser.) This password information will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to the webmaster, not to ordinary users. It allows your SSL access to a protected directory for either general customer use or a specific individual directory for your use only. One of the main benefits of having a protected web like the Rich Website Content as a Client is that I can personalize the information you require as often as necessary. You have access 24/7/365 from anywhere with a web connection. Please be aware that if you access your own confidential area on this website, even though we use SSL security, if you leave your information accessible through wi-fi or other public access internet access points you are solely responsible for keeping your access information private.
We do not use a database to allow immediate
access. Your request for access will be processed as soon as possible, generally
within 24 hours. After you receive email confirmation that you are successfully
registered as either a prospect/customer or client, your web browser will ask
you to type in your username and password the first time you try to access any
Rich Website Content. The browser will remember this information for as long as it continues to
run, so you can access any document in the Rich Content Website without being
asked for it again.
If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail, try your username and password after
24 hours. In some instances, your confirmation e-mail may be unavailable to you
due to filters on your ISP's e-mail system. I do not send spam. An e-mail will
only be sent in response to a request from you, or if you sign up for my
newsletter (coming soon.) My office policy is to use an "OPT-IN" system. Unless
you request opt-in status, you should not receive any e-mail from me other than
initial e-mail communications to determine whether or not you want to opt-in. If
you decide that you don't wish to register or remain registered, you can return
any e-mail to me with "OPT-OUT" in the subject line, call any of my phone
numbers & leave a message that you wish to OPT-OUT, or send a note to my Florida
Brokerage Branch Office address in Palm City, Florida.
